Gambling on dry land is illegal in South Carolina, but fans of blackjack can still board one of two cruise ships and head onto the water for a little fun. Unfortunately, in June of 2007, the local city council voted that all casino boats must leave within five years. Hopefully this will change (or the ships will find another location in the state), but you'd better enjoy them while you can.
